摘　　要：醋酸纤维丝束在经开松机开松过程中,由于丝束偏移、展幅宽度不足、丝束扭转等导致甘油喷洒不均、滤棒吸阻波动大,从而影响滤棒产品质量稳定性。为此设计了一套丝束展幅宽度检测及开松不良滤棒剔除装置。该装置监测部分安装在三级空气开松器处,确保三级空气开松器处的丝束宽度不低于180 mm。装置使用了两个光电传感器对丝束展幅宽度进行监控,采用西门子高速计数模块对滤棒切割脉冲SCP进行计数,实现展幅宽度状态的识别及开松不良滤棒的跟踪,确保开松不良时所生产出来的滤棒在剔除阀处被准确剔除。在生产速度为590 m/min时进行测试,使用step7软件对光电传感器及剔除信号进行跟踪检测,记录其动作时间,并统计废料箱中剔除的滤棒支数。结果表明:该装置能在丝束展幅宽度低于设定的180 mm宽度时,有效识别、跟踪并准确剔除相应滤棒,完全消除因丝束展幅过窄导致的不合格滤棒流入下道工序。In view of the problem that the quality stability of filter rod products is affected by the uneven spraying of glycerin and the large fluctuation of filter rod suction resistance caused by the deviation of the tow,insufficient spread width and twist of the tow during the opening process of the acetate fiber tow by the opening machine,a set of device for detecting the spread width of the tow and removing the filter rod with bad opening is designed.The monitoring part of the device is installed at the three-stage air opener to ensure that the width of the filament bundle at the three-stage air opener is not less than 180 mm.The device uses two photoelectric sensors to monitor the spread width of the tow,and uses the Siemens high-speed counting module to count the filter rod cutting pulse SCP,so as to realize the recognition of the spread width state and the tracking of the filter rod with bad opening,and ensure that the filter rod produced with poor opening is accurately removed at the removal valve.The test is carried out at a production speed of 590 m/min.The step7 software is used to track the photoelectric sensor and rejection signal,record its action time,and count the number of filter bars rejected in the waste bin.The results show that the device can effectively identify,track and accurately remove the corresponding filter rod when the width of the tow spread is lower than the set width of 180mm,and completely eliminate the unqualified filter rod flowing into the next process due to the narrow tow spread.
