摘 要:[目的]通过对黄花乌头播种后遮荫处理提高黄花乌头播种栽培效率。[方法]采用播种后罩遮荫网、不同栽培密度对比、栽培过程中搭架处理等方法对黄花乌头栽培技术进行了研究。[结果]黄花乌头播种后罩遮荫网为宜,出苗率达85.3%,苗高达4.06 cm;10 cm×10 cm是黄花乌头适宜的栽培密度,株高在(111.0±0.6)cm,地径粗达4.02 mm,块根鲜重达15840 kg/hm^(2);搭架处理后黄花乌头倒伏率下降了11.9个百分点,同时促进了黄花乌头的生长,子根数达2.78个,子根直径达0.95 cm,子根长度达3.73 cm。[结论]为东北地区黄花乌头播种栽培提供参考。[Objective]The aim was to improve the planting efficiency of Aconitum coreanum by shade treatment after sowing.[Method]The cultivation techniques of A.coreanum were studied by means of shade net after seeding,contrast of different cultivation densities and erection treatment during cultivation.[Result]After sowing,it was appropriate to cover the shade net,the seedling emergence rate reached 85.3%,and the seedling was as high as 4.06 cm.The optimum planting density of 10 cm×10 cm was(111.0±0.6)cm in plant height,4.02 mm in ground diameter and 15840 kg/hm^(2) in fresh root weight.The lodging rate of radix aconitum decreased by 11.9 percentages point,while the growth of A.coreanum was promoted.The number of seed roots reached 2.78,the diameter of the seed roots reached 0.95 cm,and the length of the seed roots reached 3.73 cm.[Conclusion]It would provide reference for planting and cultivation of A.coreanum in northeast China.
