摘　　要：林长制是新一轮林业管理体制改革、生态保护体系革新的探索,近年来,我国全面推进林业改革和发展,林业建设取得了显著成绩。但是,缺林少绿、生态脆弱、生态产品短缺,仍然是我国的基本林情。为实现林业绿色生产与生态环境保护协调共进,充分发挥科技创新在林业高质量发展中的支撑作用,该文通过对林长制网格化责任体系的建立和实施路径的研究,阐释了科技创新支撑林长制助推林业在拓展增绿空间、促进科技成果转移转化、培育新型林业经营主体等方面推动林业高质量发展的应用研究,加快推进林长制生态文明建设,实现林业生产、生态保护新跨越。The forest chief system is an exploration of a new round of forestry management system reform and ecological protection system reform.In recent years,our country has comprehensively promoted forestry reform and development,and forestry construction has achieved remarkable results.However,lack of forests and greenery,ecological fragility,and shortage of ecological products are still the basic forest conditions in my country.In order to realize the coordinated development of forestry green production and ecological environmental protection,and give full play to the supporting role of scientific and technological innovation in the high-quality development of forestry,through the research on the establishment and implementation path of the grid responsibility system of forest chief system,this paper explained the application research of scientific and technological innovation supporting forest chief system to promote the high-quality development of forestry in expanding the green space,promoting the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and cultivating new forestry management entities,so as to accelerate the construction of ecological civilization of forest chief system and realize a new leap in forestry production and ecological protection.
