摘　　要：海南南繁是我国现代化种业发展的关键之基,汇聚着全国种业的信息、人力、科技及金融等产业要素。但由于产业化进程缓慢,我国南繁种业面临着外溢性、动力性及资源性困境。从构建南繁科技集群、优化科技联结机制、打造创新创业平台、完善南繁服务体系、开拓国际种业市场5个方面,提出促进海南南繁种业产业化发展的政策建议,以期在我国种业进入科技创新加速推进期的背景下,为推动南繁种业实现高质量发展提供参考。Hainan Nanfan is the cornerstone of the modern seed industry development in China,bringing together industrial elements such as information,manpower,technology and finance from all over the country.However,due to the slow industrialization process,the Nanfan seed industry in China is facing the dilemma of externalization,motivation and resource shortage.Therefore,policy recommendations were proposed from five aspects,namely,building a Nanfan technology cluster,optimizing technology linkage mechanisms,creating innovative entrepreneurship platforms,improving the Nanfan service system,and exploring the international seed industry market.The aim was to promote the industrialization development of the Nanfan seed industry in Hainan,and to promote high-quality development of the Nanfan seed industry in the context of China's accelerated progress of technological innovation.
