摘　　要：新冠病毒感染者在中医上属中医“疫病”范畴,其病机病程极为复杂,且感染急性期、症状遗留期和恢复期病机各有不同,治疗上也应有不同之处。保定市作为2022年冬首批受到疫情冲击的城市,根据其各期证型、症状表现,分别予普济消毒饮、柴葛解肌汤和桑杏汤治疗,效果显著。附典型医案一例。People infected with COVID-19 belong to the category of“epidemic”in traditional Chinese medicine.Their pathogenesis and course of disease are extremely complex,and the pathogenesis of infection in acute stage,symptom retention stage and recovery stage are different,and the treatment should also be different.The patients in Baoding,as the first city to be affected by the epidemic in 2022,were treated with Puji Disinfection Drink,Chaige Jieji Decoction and Sangxing Decoction respectively according to its syndrome types and symptoms at each stage,with remarkable effects.A typical medical case is attached.
