摘　　要：随着新一轮“双一流”建设的开展,高校采取一切必要手段来促进学科建设与发展。高校图书馆学科战略情报服务则是面向该战略需求,利用内外部资源与知识分析优势,提供战略情报支撑。本研究在梳理学科战略情报服务相关理论与实践的基础上,对学科战略情报服务开展的主要内容、基本流程、开展形式等方面进行探讨,结合目前高校图书馆在该服务中存在的问题与困境,呼吁在紧跟学校决策需求、构建主体协作网络、打造专业服务团队、强化资源工具建设等方面加强探索研究,以推动学科战略情报服务快速、稳定发展,获得学校决策与管理部门支持与认可。With the introduction of the new round of the Project Double First-Class Construction,all necessary measures have been taken by universities to promote the discipline construction and development.To satisfy with these demands of decision-making,disciplinary strategic intelligence service of university libraries uses internal and external resources and takes knowledge analysis advantages to provide strategic information support.Combing the relevant theories and practices of disciplinary strategic intelligence service,this article discusses the main content,basic process and development forms of the service of university libraries.Combining with the current problems and existing dilemma of the service,it calls for keeping up with university's decision needs,building cooperation network and a professional team and strengthening the construction of resources and tools,so as to promote the rapid and stable development of disciplinary strategic intelligence service.
