摘　　要：面对新时代的发展环境,DRAA以成员馆需求为导向,组织开展数字资源集团采购工作,不断规范集团采购业务流程和运行机制,力争为成员馆以最低的成本获得最优的资源和服务。文章在总结分析DRAA规范化建设机制和成效的基础上,提出DRAA应围绕集团采购规范化发展中备受关注和亟待解决的数据库价格模式、动态评价、使用统计、长期保存等问题展开探索和思考。In the new era of information,Digital Resource Acquisition Alliance of Chinese Academic Libraries(DRAA)organizes cooperative purchasing of digital information resources driven by the needs of libraries,constantly standardizes its acquisition process and operation mechanism,aiming to obtain higher quality resources and services with the lower cost for academic libraries.By summarizing the mechanism and achievements of DRAA standardized construction,this paper puts forward that DRAA should think about new measures for issues such as the pricing model,comprehensive evaluation,usage statistics,and long-term preservation,which have been paid much attention and need to be solved in the standardized development of cooperative purchasing.
