信息生态链视角下轨道交通建设工程多属性接口管理成熟度评价研究

摘  要:建设工程组织复杂性和资源蠕变性使得接口冲突凸显,衡量接口管理成熟度已成为轨道交通工程接口管理实践中的一个关键问题。信息生态链理论为衡量接口管理成熟度提供了一个新视角,由此构建基于DEMATEL-耦合协调模型的多属性接口管理成熟度评价方法。首先通过文献探讨信息生态链视角下的多属性接口管理内涵,将接口划分为协同类接口和知识类接口。结合信息因子与接口管理的“技术−时间−空间−责任−资源”多属性特征,提出基于IPO模型的多属性接口管理成熟度指标框架。其次基于文献循证,从大量研究中提取接口管理关键词,通过多属性接口管理成熟度指标框架,形成并筛选相关指标,构建包含5个属性维度、12个成熟度指标和48个关键实践的建设工程多属性接口管理成熟度评价体系。然后提出DEMATEL-耦合协调模型的评价方法,分析指标间相互影响关系、实现对项目多属性接口管理成熟度的准确评估。最后以深圳城市轨道交通建设工程为例,评估并分析各维度、各指标间的相互作用关系;选取6个参建方的不同建设阶段实证研究,对这些阶段各维度成熟度、整体成熟度对比分析。结果发现:责任属性成熟度最高,资源属性成熟度最低,空间属性管理难度最大;施工方和监理方在建设初期接口管理实践不佳,成熟度仅为单元级,其他参建方的各阶段接口管理成熟度处于流程级和网络级。The complexity of construction engineering organization and resource creep make interface conflicts prominent.Measuring the maturity of interface management has become a key issue in the practice of interface management in rail transit engineering.The Information ecology chain theory can provide a new perspective for measuring the maturity of interface management,and thus can construct a multi-attribute interface management maturity evaluation method based on the DEMATEL-coupling coordination model.Firstly,the connotation of multi-attribute interface management from the perspective of Information ecology chain was discussed through the literature,and the interface is divided into collaboration interface and knowledge interface.Combining the information factors and the multi-attribute characteristics of“technology-time-space-responsibility-resources”of interface management,a multi-attribute interface management maturity index framework based on the IPO model was proposed.Secondly,based on literature evidence,interface management keywords were extracted from a large number of studies,through the multi-attribute interface management maturity indicator framework.Relevant indicators were formed and screened.A model consisting of 5 attribute dimensions,12 maturity indicators and 48 key practices was constructed.Construction project multi-attribute interface management maturity evaluation system.Then,the evaluation method of DEMATEL-coupling coordination model was proposed to analyze the mutual influence relationship between indicators and realize the accurate evaluation of project multi-attribute interface management maturity.Finally,taking the Shenzhen urban rail transit construction project as an example,this paper evaluated and analyzed the interaction relationship between various dimensions and indicators.6 stakeholders were selectd for empirical research at different construction stages.The maturity of each dimension was compared,and the overall maturity of these stages was analyzed.The results show that the m
