摘 要:以RGD-7S和Y58S为对照,对禾两优676亲本禾9S和福恢676特性和开花习性进行观察,结果表明:福恢676植株高大(130.59 cm),穗粒数多;禾9S比福恢676矮,分蘖数多。福恢676和禾9S的播始历期变化随着播期的推迟而缩短,主茎叶片数则较稳定;2个亲本均含早花基因EMF1,表现为花时早,开花高峰明显且重叠,午前花多。禾9S颖花开闭时间和角度与对照Y58S相当,颖花开闭时间极显著短于RGD-7S,避免裂颖率过高;且柱头外露率高,易于接受外来花粉。With RGD-7S and Y58S as control,the characteristics and flowering habits of the parents of Heliangyou 676,He 9S and Fuhui 676,were observed.The results showed that Fuhui 676 displayed the characteristics of higher plant height(130.59 cm),more grains per ear.He 9S was lower and more tillers than Fuhui 676.With the delay of sowing date,the days from sowing to heading of He 9S and Fuhui 676 were shortened,and the leave number on main stem was relatively stable.Both parents carried the early flowering gene EMF1,which were early flowering time,obvious flowering peaks,and higher morning flowering rate.The spikelet opening angle and opening duration of He 9S were similar with that of Y58S.But the spikelet opening duration of He9S was significantly shorter than that of the control RGD-7S,so as to avoid high glume opening rate.The stigma exsertion rate of He 9S was high,and it was easy to accept foreign pollen.
