摘 要:新污染物风险控制是环境科学和饮用水安全保障领域的前沿热点。论文开展了人工生态湿地对长江水源常规水质指标和抗生素、全氟化合物新污染物去除效果的中试研究。结果表明:人工湿地对TN、TP、NO-3-N和藻类平均去除率为46.6%、52.8%、>81.2%和46.1%。对抗生素的整体去除率为32.0%,林可霉素、磺胺甲恶唑和氟甲砜霉素在湿地中难去除。全氟化合物整体去除率为22.9%,基质吸附和水体悬浮物吸附沉降起主要作用,沉水植物对全氟化合物净化效果不明显。人工湿地各区域沉水植物叶片表面微生物群落具有较大差异,变形菌门和蓝藻为优势微生物。Risk control of emerging contaminants remains a prominent concern in the domains of environmental science and drinking water security.This research studied the effectiveness of constructed wetlands in purifying water with respect to traditional water quality parameters and the removal of emerging contaminants such as antibiotics and per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances(PFASs)through pilot-scale trials.The results indicated that the constructed wetlands achieved substantial removal rates for total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),nitrate-nitrogen(NO-3-N),and algae,with respective average removal rates of 46.6%,52.8%,>81.2%,and 46.1%.The overall removal rate of antibiotics was 32.0%.Lincomycin,sulfamethoxazole and florfenicol posed challenges in wetland removal.The wetlands exhibited an overall removal rate of 22.9%for PFASs,wherein matrix adsorption and sedimentation of water suspended solids played a pivotal role,while the influence of submerged plants on PFASs purification remained inconspicuous.Remarkably diverse microbial communities were observed on the surface of submerged plant leaves across various functional zones,with Proteobacteria and Cyanobacteria constituting dominant microbial populations.
