聊城市区污水处理厂进水水质特征的统计学分析

摘  要:根据聊城市区6座污水处理厂2022年监测数据,分析污水处理厂进水水质特征,包括进水指标COD_(Cr)、BOD_(5)、SS、氨氮、TN、TP的变化规律和概率统计分析,以及进水污染物的比例分析。结果表明,各项水质指标数据分布呈正偏态分布,各水质指标间存在一定的线性关系,除BOD_(5)与COD_(Cr)、COD_(Cr)与TP、TN与氨氮的相关关系最为显著(R2=0.5635、0.5004、0.7750)外,其他指标间相关性均较弱,TP与SS几乎不存在线性关系。进水污染物营养分析表明,6座污水处理厂达到BOD_(5)/COD_(Cr)≥0.3的概率分别为100.00%、97.92%、95.12%、90.24%、97.87%和97.67%,表明污水处理厂的可生化性均较好;6座污水处理厂达到BOD_(5)/TN≥4的概率非常小,大部分污水处理厂碳源不足,需要额外增加碳源才能实现反硝化;6座污水处理厂达到BOD_(5)/TP≥17的概率分别为85.42%、52.08%、42.50%、29.27%、23.40%和44.19%,说明污水处理厂进水部分满足生物除磷的要求,可以采用生物除磷工艺;6座污水处理厂达到SS/BOD_(5)≥1.2的概率分别为100.00%、97.96%、25%、65.00%、33.30%和93.02%,说明污水处理厂进水中无机物质比较多。According to the monitoring data of six wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)in Liaocheng city in 2022,the characteristics of influent water quality of WWTPs were analyzed,including the statistical and probability analysis of influent COD_(Cr),BOD_(5),SS,ammonia nitrogen,TN,TP.The results showed that the data of each water quality index was positively skewed distribution,and there was a certain linear relationship between each water quality index.The correlation between BOD_(5) and COD_(Cr),COD_(Cr) and TP,TN and ammonia nitrogen were the most significant(R2=0.5635,0.5004,0.7750).However the correlation between other indices were weak.TP had almost no linear relationship with SS.Nutrient analysis of influent pollutants showed that the probabilities of BOD_(5)/COD_(Cr) more than 0.3 in the six WWTPs were 100.00%,97.92%,95.12%,90.24%,97.87%and 97.67%,respectively.That indicated that the biodegradability of the WWTPs was great.The probability of the six WWTPs BOD_(5)/TN more than 4 was very small.Most of the WWTPs have insufficient carbon sources,and additional carbon sources are needed to achieve denitrification.The probabilities of BOD_(5)/TP≥17 in six WWTPs were 85.42%,52.08%,42.50%,29.27%,23.40%and 44.19%,respectively.It indicated some of the WWTPs could remove biologically.Six WWTPs reach SS/BOD_(5)≥1.2 were 100%,97.96%,25%,65%,33.3%and 93.02%,respectively.It showed that there were more inorganic substances than organic substances in the influent of WWTPs.
