摘 要:氮化硼(BN)纤维具有较高的强度,较低的密度,良好的耐高温氧化性能,良好的耐腐蚀性能,具有良好的透波性能等特点,在工程领域方面具有很好的应用前景。因而氮化硼纤维的研究成为新型陶瓷纤维领域的研究热点。氮化硼纤维具有较高的力学性能和抗高温氧化性能以及具有其他优秀的性能等而被广泛的应用在工程领域中。氮化硼纤维的制备工艺方法有无机前驱体转化法,静电纺丝法,有机前驱体转化法,硼酸和三聚氰胺化学反应合成法等。本文主要叙述氮化硼纤维的制备工艺方法,物相组成,显微结构,力学性能和其他的性能等。本文还叙述了氮化硼纤维的研究发展现状和发展趋势。最后本文对氮化硼纤维的未来研究发展趋势和发展方向进行分析和预测。The boron nitride fibers exhibited high strength,low density,excellent high temperature oxidation resistance,excellent corrosion resistance,excellent permeation of wave,the boron nitride fibers would be applied in the engineering fileds.Therefore,the research of the boron nitride fibers was the research emphases of new type ceramics fibers fileds.The boron nitride fibersexcellent property,the boron nitride fibers were widely applied in the engineering fileds.The fabrication technology of the boron nitride fibers mainly included inorganic precursor's transformations,electrospinning technique,organic precursor's transformations,and chemical reaction of boron acid and melamine synthesis to produce the boron nitride fibers.In this research,the fabrication process,phase composition,microstructure,mechanical property and other property of the boron nitride fibers were introduced.The research and development status and development trend of the boron nitride fibers were introduced.The future research and development trend and development direction of the boron nitride fibers were analyzed and predicted.
