摘　　要：目的 调查分析昆山市学生群体献血现状,探讨分析如何发展壮大学生群体的无偿献血队伍。方法 对2019-2021年度昆山市学生群体的献血数据进行分析研究,总结分析学生献血概况、献血不合格情况、献血反应。结果 2019年学生献血率为3.42%,合格率为99.19%;2020年学生献血率为4.80%,合格率为99.13%;2021年学生献血率为4.30%,合格率为99.52%;学生群体献血率呈上趋势,合格率高,献血方式以献全血为主,动员方式以团体组织采血为主。2019年献血不合格人次为5例,2020年献血不合格人次为7例,2021年献血不合格人次为4例,多数不合格者符合献血者归队要求。学生群体献血容易发生献血反应,2019年献血反应发生率为10.81%,2020年献血反应发生率为9.09%,2021年献血反应发生率为10.53%。结论 学生群体已成为一支相对稳定的固定献血者队伍,为临床提供了优质安全的血液。Objective To investigate and analyze current situation of blood donation among students in Kunshan City,explore and analyze how to develop and grow volunteer blood donation team of college students.Methods The paper analyzed and researched blood donation data of students in Kunshan City from 2019 to 2021,summarized general situation of blood donation,unqualified blood donation and blood donation reaction of students.Results In 2019,student blood donation rate was 3.42%and qualified rate was 99.19%.student blood donation rate in 2020 was 4.80%,with a qualified rate of 99.13%;student blood donation rate in 2021 was 4.30%and qualified rate was 99.52%.Blood donation rate of student groups has been increasing year by year,with a high qualification rate.Main method of blood donation is to donate whole blood,with mobilization method of organizing blood collection in groups.In 2019,there were 5 cases of unqualified blood donations,7 cases of unqualified blood donations in 2020 and 4 cases of unqualified blood donations in 2021.Most of unqualified individuals met requirements for returning blood donors.Student group is prone to blood donation reactions,with an incidence rate of 10.81%in 2019,9.09%in 2020 and 10.53%in 2021.Conclusion Student community has become a relatively stable fixed team of blood donors,providing high-quality and safe blood for clinical practice.How to care for the student community,reduce blood donation reactions,improve quality of blood donation services and expand the blood donation team continuously is still a direction to work hard.
