基于气道分级管理策略的胸部物理治疗在急性呼吸窘迫综合征机械通气患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 探究基于气道分级管理策略的胸部物理治疗在急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)机械通气患者中的应用情况。方法 选择2020年1月-2022年6月来本院治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征机械通气患者81例作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)采取常规胸部物理治疗,观察组(n=41)采取基于气道分级管理策略的胸部物理治疗,比较两组患者的呼吸功能、血气指标。结果 干预前,两组患者TV、RR、Ri、Pplat、Ppeak比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预1周后,观察组患者TV、RR、Ri、Pplat、Ppeak均优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者血气指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预1周后,观察组患者血气指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对将基于气道分级管理策略的胸部物理治疗应用于ARDS机械通气患者中,具有较好的临床应用效果,能够帮助患者尽早康复。Objective To explore application of chest physical therapy based on airway grading management strategy for acute respiratory distress syndrome patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods The paper chose 81 patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome with mechanical ventilation in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 as research objects,and randomly divided them into control group(n=40),with routine chest physical therapy,and observation group(n=41),with chest physical therapy based on airway grading management strategy.Respiratory function and blood gas indicators between two groups wre compared.Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in TV,RR,Ri,Pplat and Ppeak between two groups(P>0.05).After one week of intervention,TV,RR,Ri,Pplat and Ppeak in observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in blood gas indicators between two groups(P>0.05).After one week of intervention,blood gas indicators of observation group were better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chest physical therapy based on airway grading management strategy can achieve good clinical application effect for ARDS patients and help them recover as soon as possible.
