观察知信行模式应用于糖尿病足护理中对患者疾病认知和自我管理能力的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察知信行模式应用于糖尿病足护理中对患者疾病认知和自我管理能力的影响。方法 选择2022年1月-2023年1月本院收治的80例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与实验组,每组各40例,对照组采取常规护理,实验组采取知信行模式护理,对比两组患者对疾病认知和自我管理的能力情况。结果 护理前,两组患者对疾病认知、自我管理能力以及TCSS的评分均不具明显区别(P>0.05);护理后,两组对疾病认知的评分、自我管理能力评分均有所升高,TCSS评分则均有所降低,实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对糖尿病足患者采取知信行模式护理,能够大大提高患者对疾病的认识度及其自我管理的能力,应用价值高。Objective To observe effect of knowledge-attitude-practice model on disease cognition and self-management ability of patients with diabetic foot.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with diabetic foot from January 2022 to January 2023 as research objects,and divided them into control group 40 patients and experimental group 40 patients40 patients to.Control group was treated with routine nursing and experimental group with knowledge-attitude-practice nursing.Ability of disease cognition and self-management was compared between two groups.Results Before nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in disease cognition,self-management ability and TCSS scores between two groups,P>0.05.After different nursing interventions,scores of disease cognition and self-management ability in both groups increased,while TCSS scores decreased.Effect in experimental group was better than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Knowledge-attitude-practice model nursing can improve awareness of disease and ability of self-management of diabetic foot patients significantly,with high application value.
