摘 要:全科医师的住培是面向基层医院输送人才的临床教学,外科围手术期营养在医疗实践中的作用日益受到重视,但是临床医学教学的开展还处于起步探索阶段。面对全科医师的培养目标以及落实《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》,西安交通大学医学院第一附属医院老年外科联合营养科,对全科住培学员进行了围手术期临床营养教学,并在教学过程中开展了一些积极的改革与探索,提出了以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)和以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)。文章围绕CBL结合PBL教学法在临床营养教学中的应用,分别叙述了CBL结合PBL教学法在围手术期临床营养教学中的必要性,以及CBL结合PBL教学法在临床营养的应用方式,最后阐述了CBL结合PBL教学法在临床营养教学中的效果评价。The residential training of general practitioners is a clinical teaching aimed at delivering talents to grassroots hospitals.The role of perioperative nutrition in surgical practice is increasingly valued,but the development of clinical medicine teaching is still in the initial exploration stage.Faced with the training goals of general practitioners and the implementation of the"Healthy China 2030"Plan Outline,the geriatric surgery and nutrition department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University School of Medicine has conducted perioperative clinical nutrition teaching for general practitioners,and has carried out some active reforms and explorations in the teaching process,case-based learning(CBL)and problem-based learning(PBL)were proposed.The article revolves around the application of CBL combined with PBL teaching method in clinical nutrition teaching.It discusses the necessity of CBL combined with PBL teaching method in perioperative clinical nutrition teaching,as well as the application of CBL combined with PBL teaching method in clinical nutrition teaching.Finally,it elaborates on the effectiveness evaluation of CBL combined with PBL teaching method in clinical nutrition teaching.
