摘 要:目的 探讨基于网络教学平台、以案例为导向(case-based learning,CBL)的线上线下混合式教学方法在医学影像技能见习教学中的实际应用效果。方法 2020年10月—2021年6月,将昆明医科大学海源学院2018级医学影像技术专业学习的126名学生作为研究对象,并随机地分为两组,试验组65名,对照组61名。试验组使用基于网络教学平台和CBL的线上线下混合式教学方法,在线下教学中采用思维导图PPT教学课件。对照组采用传统的多媒体教学手段。教师从理论考核成绩、病例分析成绩、综合成绩等三个方面对两组进行了比较。并通过问卷调查的方式,对学生课堂教学满意程度开展了调查。结果 试验组学生的理论考核成绩、病例分析成绩、综合成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。调查结果表明:采用网络教学平台和CBL的线上线下混合式教学法,对于培养学生学习的兴趣和积极性有一定帮助,同时也有助于提高学生的课堂教学满意度,从而提高了学生的实践能力。结论 在医学影像教学中,引入网络教学平台与CBL的线上线下混合式教学方法,不仅能够让学生们更加自主地学习,同时也锻炼了学生的临床逻辑思维和把理论与实践紧密结合的能力,并且还能够提高教学总体质量和满意度。Objective To explore the practical application effect of online and offline hybrid teaching method based on network teaching platform and case-based learning(CBL)in medical imaging skills probationary teaching.Methods From October 2020 to June 2021,a total of 126 students majoring in medical imaging technology in Haiyuan College of Kunming Medical University in 2018 were used as research objects and randomly divided into two groups,a total of 65 students in the experimental group and 61 students in the control group.The experimental group used the online and offline hybrid teaching method based on the network teaching platform and CBL,and used the mind map PPT teaching courseware in the offline teaching.The control group adopted traditional multimedia teaching methods.The teacher compared the two groups from the three aspects of theoretical assessment scores,case analysis scores,and comprehensive scores.And through the way of questionnaire survey,a survey was carried out on the satisfaction degree of students'classroom teaching.Results The theoretical examination scores,case analysis scores,and comprehensive scores of the students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The survey results showed that:the use of the online teaching platform and CBL's online and offline hybrid teaching method was helpful to cultivate students'interest and enthusiasm for learning,and it also helped to improve students'satisfaction with classroom teaching,thereby improving students'practice.ability.Conclusion In the teaching of medical imaging,the introduction of online teaching platform and CBL's online and offline hybrid teaching method can not only allow students to learn more independently,but also exercise students'clinical logical thinking and the ability to closely integrate theory and practice,and can also improve the overall quality and satisfaction of teaching.
