怡神茶联合针刺治疗老年抑郁状态临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察怡神茶联合针刺治疗老年抑郁状态的效果。方法:90例随机分成对照组、怡神茶组与针刺组各30例。两组均行相应的心理疏导,对照组给予舒肝解郁胶囊治疗,怡神茶组服用怡神茶代茶饮,针刺组在服用怡神茶同时联合针刺治疗。结果:3组治疗后的HAMD评分以及中医证候积分均有所降低(P<0.01),且怡神茶组前后差值高于对照组(P<0.05),针刺组高于怡神茶组(P<0.05)。在治疗期间均未出现肝功与肾功的损伤。结论:怡神茶联合针刺治疗老年抑郁状态效果较好,且不良反应少。Objective:To observe the effect of Yishen Tea combined with acupuncture in the treatment of senile depression.Methods:Ninety cases were randomly divided into control group,Yishen Tea group and acupuncture group,30 cases in each group.Yishen Tea group and acupuncture group were given corresponding psychological counseling.The control group were treated with Shugan Jieyu Capsule,the Yishen Tea group were treated with the herbal tea Yishen Tea,and the acupuncture group were treated with Yishen Tea combined with acupuncture.Results:After treatment,the HAMD score and TCM syndrome score of the three groups decreased(P<0.01).The difference between the before and after treatment in the Yishen Tea group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and that in the acupuncture group was higher than that in the Yishen tea group(P<0.05).There was no damage to liver function and renal function during the treatment.Conclusion:Yishen Tea combined with acupuncture is effective in the treatment of senile depression,with less adverse reactions.
