香砂六君子汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚弱证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察香砂六君子汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚弱证的疗效。方法:92例随机分为观察组47例和对照组45例,对照组用西药治疗,观察组用香砂六君子汤治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组胃脘隐痛或胀痛、胃部喜按喜暖、气短懒言、食少乏力及便稀积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组胃黏膜萎缩和肠化生积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组人表皮生长因子和白细胞介素-32水平低于对照组,降钙素基因相关肽水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:香砂六君子汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚弱证疗效较好,且安全。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome.Methods:Ninety-two cases were randomly divided into the observation group(47 cases)and the control group(45 cases).The control group were treated with western medicine,while the observation group were treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of dull pain or distending pain in the stomach,preference for warmth in the stomach,shortness of breath and laziness to speak,poor appetite,fatigue and loose stool in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of gastric mucosal atrophy and intestinal metaplasia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of human epidermal growth factor and interleukin-32 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of calcitonin gene-related peptide was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome.
