皮损削除术配合中药内服外洗治疗顽固性肛周湿疹30例

摘　　要：目的:观察皮损削除术配合中药治疗顽固性肛周湿疹的效果。方法:30例在手术刀削除鳞屑、结痂、苔藓样变皮损的基础上配合中药内服及熏洗坐浴治疗。结果:29例治愈,1例好转。随访6个月复发1例。结论:手术刀削除鳞屑、结痂、苔藓样变皮损的基础上配合中药内服及熏洗坐浴治疗顽固性肛周湿疹疗效较好,且不易复发。Objective:To observe the effect of skin lesion excision combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of refractory perianal eczema.Methods:Thirty cases were treated with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine and fumigation sitz bath on the basis of scalpel removal of scales,crusting and moss-like lesions.Results:Twenty-nine cases were cured,1 case improved.One case recurred after 6 months of follow-up.Conclusion:On the basis of scalpel to remove scales,scabs and lichenoid lesions,combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine and fumigation sitz bath,the curative effect on refractory perianal eczema is positive,and it is not easy to relapse.
