摘 要:针对现有的三种光学级注塑树脂材料,运用Moldex3D软件对菲涅尔透镜的注射成型过程进行模拟分析,研究此三种材料在形貌尺寸及光学性能方面的差异化。结果表明:在制品形貌尺寸方面,PC的翘曲和收缩率均为最大,PS的翘曲最低,PMMA的收缩率最低;除了X方向,其他方向三种材料制品由内而外的翘曲呈上升态势;在制品的光学性能方面,PMMA的光程差和双折射接近于0,PC和PS的光程差偏离0,PMMA的折射率最小,PS的折射率最大;在靠近制品的中心处和边缘处,PS的光程差和双折射较PC小,而在其他地方时则反之。For the three existing optical-grade injection molding resin materials, the injection molding process of Fresnel lens was simulated and analyzed by using Moldex3D software, and their differences in shape, size and optical properties were studied.The results show that in terms of product shape and size, PC has the largest warpage and shrinkage, PS has the lowest warpage, and PMMA has the lowest shrinkage.At the same time, it is also found that, except for the X direction, the inside-out warpage of the three material products in other directions is on the rise. In terms of product optical properties, the optical path difference and birefringence of PMMA are close to 0, the optical path difference of PC and PS deviates from 0, the refractive index of PMMA is the smallest, and that of PS is the largest.In addition, it is found that the optical path difference and birefringence of PS are smaller at the center and edge, while in the other places, those of PC are vice versa.
