摘 要:以柠檬酸三钠为络合剂,硝酸镧、硝酸钐、偏钒酸铵为主要原料,采用水热法于180℃反应12 h,制备了一系列La_(1-x)VO_4:x Sm^(3+)(x=0,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%,2.5%,3.0%,4.0%)样品。通过X射线粉末衍射、场发射扫描电镜和荧光光谱对样品的结构、形貌以及发光性能进行了表征。结果表明:所合成样品为LaVO_4的四方相和单斜相混合晶体,其形貌为六面体形和纳米颗粒;在311 nm波长激发下,LaVO_4:Sm^(3+)样品的最强发射峰位于602 nm处,对应于Sm^(3+)的~4G_(5/2)→~6H_(7/2)跃迁,且Sm^(3+)最佳掺杂摩尔浓度为2.0%。A series of La_(1-x)VO_4:xSm^(3+)(x =0,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%,2.5%,3.0%,4.0%) samples were prepared by hydrothermal reaction at 180 ℃ for 12 h using sodium citrate as complexing agent, lanthanum nitrate, samarium nitrate and ammonium metavanadate as main raw materials. The structure, morphology and luminescent properties of the samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and photoluminescence spectroscopy, respectively. The results showed that the synthesized samples were mixed crystals of tetragonal and monoclinic phases of LaVO_4. Its morphology was hexahedral shapes and nanoparticles. Under 311 nm excitation, the LaVO_4:Sm^(3+) phosphors showed a strong emission at 602 nm, corresponding to the ~4G_(5/2)→~6H_(7/2) transition of Sm^(3+ )ions, and the optimum dopant concentration of Sm^(3+ )ions is 2.0%.
