摘　　要：山西省地震灾害风险普查是全国第一次自然灾害综合风险普查的地震灾种地方工作。根据山西省地震灾害的特征,地震灾害风险普查主要从摸清地震危险源分布、承灾体现状、地震灾害风险隐患和灾害风险水平等方面展开,形成了涵盖地震致灾要素、孕灾要素、隐患评定、风险评估与区划等方面的成果。结合地震灾害风险普查成果在地震灾害防治基础能力的提升、太忻一体化经济区建设等多领域的推广应用,提出山西省防震减灾工作今后发展的建议。The seismic hazard risk assessment in Shanxi Province is the first local work of type of earthquake disasters in the national comprehensive survey of natural disaster risks.Based on the characteristics of seismic hazards in Shanxi Province,the seismic disaster risk survey primarily involves identifying the distribution of seismic hazard sources,assessing the current vulnerability of exposed entities,identifying potential seismic disaster risk factors and hidden vulnerabilities,and evaluating the overall level of seismic disaster risk.This survey has produced comprehensive results covering various aspects such as seismic causative factors,disaster-prone elements,vulnerability assessment,risk assessment,and zoning.Building upon the results of the seismic disaster risk survey,these findings have been widely applied across various domains,including the enhancement of earthquake disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities and the development of the Taiyuan-Xinzhou Economic Integration Zone.The paper concludes by proposing recommendations for the future development of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction efforts in Shanxi Province.
