摘　　要：运用比较分析、文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,分析近三届奥运会世界竞技体育强国表现,探究世界竞技体育强国科技助力奥运备战举措,并提出对我国的启示。备战举措:制订科技备战计划,统筹各方资源服务备战;多部门联合参与,协同保障科技备战高效实施;构建复合型保障团队,提升运动员健康水平;实施科技驱动备战,提高运动训练科学化水平;推动高水平训练基地建设,优化训练备战环境;强化与不同国家合作,促进备战优势资源共享。启示:发挥资源整合优势,优化科技备战奥运顶层设计;强化精细化备战,提升不同项目备战效率;统筹多方资源,打造内外联动、多向互通体系;坚持以人为本,精准实施个性化科技服务保障。By using the methods of comparative analysis,literature analysis and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the performance of the world competitive sports powers in the past three Olympic Games,explored the world competitive sports power's technology assistance in Olympic preparation,and put forward the inspiration for China.Preparation measures:They formulate scientific and technological preparation plans to coordinate the resources of all parties to serve the preparation,jointly participate in multi-sectoral cooperation to ensure the efficient implementation of science and technology preparation,build composite support teams to improve the health level of athletes,implement technology-driven preparation to improve the scientifi c level of sports training,promote the construction of high-level training bases to optimize the environment for training and preparation,and strengthen cooperation with different countries to promote the sharing of advantageous resources for preparation.Inspiration:We should give full play to the advantages of resource integration to optimize the top-level design of scientific and technological preparations for the Olympic Games,strengthen the fine preparation to improve the preparation efficiency of different events,coordinate multiple resources to build a system of internal and external linkage and multi-directional interoperability,and adhere to the people-oriented,to accurately implement personalized science and technology service guarantee.
