摘　　要：目的探讨改良式棉垫预防重症监护室(ICU)无创机械通气患者面部压力性损伤的效果。方法将80例采用无创机械通气治疗的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用常规方法预防面部皮肤压力性损伤,观察组在在对照组的基础上采用改良式棉垫预防面部压力性损伤。观察两组压力性损伤发生情况,评价患者面部舒适度。结果观察组压疮发生率12.50%(5/40),低于对照组的42.50%(17/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组舒适度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良式棉垫能有效预防采用无创机械通气治疗患者的面部压力性损伤,提高患者治疗舒适度。Objective To investigate the effect of modified cotton pads on preventing facial pressure injury in patients with noninvasive mechanical ventilation in ICU.Methods Totally 80 patients treated with noninvasive mechanical ventilation in ICU who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were used with conventional methods to prevent facial pressure injury.Patients in the experimental group were given modified cotton pads on both sides of the face and at the root of the nose to prevent facial pressure injury.The skin injury degree and facial comfort of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence and severity of skin injury in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group(12.50%vs.42.50%,P<0.05).The comfort level of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modified cotton pad may reduce the risk of device-related pressure injury,increase the comfort and treatment compliance of patients with noninvasive mechanical ventilation.
