摘  要:在役核电汽轮机叶片长期保持高速旋转,导致叶片叶根部位的应力集中严重,存在较大安全隐患,是无损检测重点关注部位。目前,基本采用手动超声或手动相控阵超声技术检测叶根的端部缺陷,无法对叶根的所有截面进行检测,存在缺陷漏检风险,安全隐患较大。本文自主研制的汽轮机枞树型叶根相控阵自动化检测系统采用自动化扫查装置,从多个探头位置对叶根的所有截面进行全覆盖检测。与传统检测方法相比,该系统的检测面更广、检测效率更高,能够实现在不拆卸汽缸的狭窄空间内开展叶根自动化检测。经过在多个核电机组汽轮机叶根检测项目中应用和优化、改进,该系统的实用性和可靠性得到较充分的验证。The blades of operational nuclear power steam turbines maintain high-speed rotation for long periods,there's a significant concentration of stress at the root of the blades,presenting a considerable safety risk.This is a focal area for nondestructive testing.Currently,manual ultrasonic or manual phased array ultrasonic techniques are primarily used to inspect defects at the blade root's end.This method cannot inspect all sections of the blade root,leading to the risk of missing defects and thus a greater safety hazard.The self-developed phased array automatic inspection system for turbine fir-type blade roots adopts an automatic scanning device,which performs full-coverage inspection on all sections of the blade root from multiple probe positions.Comparing with traditional inspection methods,this system covers a wider area and is more efficient.It can carry out automatic inspection of the blade root in narrow space without disassembling the cylinder.After being applied and optimized in blade root inspection for several nuclear power steam turbine projects,the system's practicality and reliability has been validated.
