摘　　要：总结名中医王孟庸从“扶阳气,存阴液”论治肾虚型尿频的中医辨证思路及用药经验。王孟庸老师认为尿频以肾虚为根本病机,复加相关治疗耗损,脏腑多阴阳两虚并见,然根据其主要表现依旧沿袭肾阴虚、肾阳虚、肾阴阳两虚的分类法。治疗上应以补虚、纠正阴阳偏衰为根本要义,即所谓“扶阳气,存阴液”。王孟庸老师临床治疗常选择采用桑螵蛸、益智仁、乌药、菟丝子等扶助肾阳;女贞子、墨旱莲、熟地、五味子等滋养肾阴。临床运用阴阳互根互用的关系,视阴阳虚损的程度,调整扶阳与存阴药物的比例关系,具体选择阳中求阴或阴中求阳来“扶阳气,存阴液”,平衡水液代谢的物质与动力关系。最终使得阴平阳秘,膀胱气化有权,尿液排泄有常。The article systematically summarizes Director Wang Mengyong’s traditional Chinese medicine dialectical thinking and medication experience in treating kidney deficiency type urinary frequency from the perspective of“supporting yang qi and storing yin fluid”.Director Wang Mengyong believes that the fundamental pathogenesis of frequent urination is kidney deficiency,and the combination of related treatments leads to wastage.The organs often have both yin and yang deficiency,but according to its main manifestations,it still follows the classification method of kidney yin deficiency,kidney yang deficiency,and kidney yin and yang deficiency.In treatment,the fundamental principle should be to supplement deficiency and correct the decline of yin and yang,which is called“supporting yang qi and storing yin fluid”.Director Wang Mengyong often chooses to use mulberry cuttlebone,Yizhiren,lindera root,dodder seed,etc.to assist kidney yang in clinical treatment;fructus ligustri lucidi,eclipta eclipta,radix rehmanniae praeparata,and schisandra chinensis fructus nourish kidney yin.And be good at using the relationship between yin and yang root and mutual use,depending on the degree of yin and yang deficiency,adjust the proportion of drugs that support yang and store yin,specifically choose to seek yin in yang or seek yang in yin to“support yang qi and store yin fluid”,and balance the material and dynamic relationship of water metabolism.Ultimately,it leads to the balance of yin and yang,the power of bladder gasification,and regular urine excretion.
