摘　　要：张洪春教授认为慢性咳喘病的病理因素紧扣“风、虚、痰、瘀”四端,属本虚标实,本虚主要为肺肾两虚,标实以痰浊、瘀血为主,而风邪则贯穿疾病始终。故取虫类药祛风达邪、通络化痰、活血祛瘀之效,并结合现代药理学研究成果,在辨证论治的基础上灵活选用蝉蜕、地龙、全蝎等虫类药物,临床每获佳效。Professor ZHANG Hong-chun believes that the pathological factors of chronic cough and asthma are closely related to "wind,deficiency,phlegm,and stasis",and it is characterized by deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.The main deficiency is related to the deficiency in the lung and kidney,while the excess is mainly associated with phlegm-dampness and blood stasis.Throughout the disease process,the influence of pathogenic wind is persistent.Therefore,insect drugs are chosen to expel pathogenic wind,dredge collaterals,resolve phlegm,activate blood,and resolve stasis.Based on the modern pharmacological research,flexible selection of insect drugs such as Cicadae Periostracum,Pheretima,and Scorpio is applied in clinical practice,resulting in significant therapeutic effects.
