摘  要:在新农科建设背景下,中国农业大学在植物育种原理教学过程中,注重教学内容与植物学、遗传学、统计学、农业气象学、植物病理学、农业昆虫学和耕作栽培学等多学科知识的融合,注重与合成生物学、基因编辑、基因组编辑、分子标记辅助选择、基因组选择、人工智能等新学科和新技术的交叉融合,注重专业学习与思政教育的交叉融合,按“两性一度”(高阶性、创新性、挑战度)金课标准对教学内容进行重构。学生过课堂学习,不仅掌握了专业知识,还学会了普遍联系、辩证和可持续发展的思想,养成了创新性高阶思维习惯,获得了解决育种实践中复杂问题的能力,实现知识学习与实践技能、思维品质与创新能力及专业水平与思想水平等交叉融合提升,取得了很好的教学效果。In the construction of"new agricultural science",China Agricultural University,in the teaching process of Plant Breeding Principles,pays attention to integrating teaching content with multidisciplinary knowledge such as Botany,Genetics,Statistics,Agricultural Meteorology,Plant Pathology,Agricultural Entomology,and Farming and Cultivation.In the meantime,it focuses on cross-integration with new disciplines and technologies such as Synthetic Biology,Gene Editing,Genome Editing,Molecular Marker Assisted Selection,Genome Selection,and Artificial Intelligence,pays attention to the cross-integration of professional learning and ideological and political education.The teaching and research group reconstructs the teaching content according to the golden course standard"two attributions and one level"(high-level,innovative and challenging).Through classroom learning,students not only have mastered professional knowledge but also learned the idea of universal connection,dialectics,and sustainable development,developed innovative high-order thinking habits,acquired the ability to solve complex problems in breeding practice,and achieved cross integration and improvement of knowledge learning and practical skills,thinking quality and innovation ability,professional level and ideological level.This teaching practice has achieved good teaching results.
