摘　　要：“一五”时期,为能够快速有效地实现强国、自立的目标,以毛泽东同志为主要代表的中国共产党人选择了以优先发展重工业为目标的赶超发展战略,这一战略是非常符合当时的国际形势和国内政治经济状况。与此同时,它还产生了巨大成效,使中国抓住了当时的历史机遇,大大缩短了同资本主义发达国家的差距。为此,站在开启第二个百年奋斗目标的新起点上,全面深入总结这一发展战略的理论创新和实践探索,对我们在新时代以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的新征程具有重要的借鉴意义和启示。During the“First Five Year Plan”period,in order to achieve the goal of becoming a powerful country and becoming independent quickly and effectively,members of the CPC with Comrade Mao Ze-dong as the main representative,chose a Catch-Up development strategy with the goal of giving priority to the development of Heavy industry,which was very consistent with the international situation and domestic political and economic conditions at that time.Meanwhile,it has produced great results,enabling China to seize the historical opportunities at that time and greatly shorten the gap with developed capitalist countries.Therefore,standing at the new starting point of opening the second century goal,comprehensively and thoroughly summarizing the theoretical innovation and practical exploration of this development strategy has important reference significance and enlightenment for us to comprehensively promote the new journey of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization in the new era.
