摘 要:目的探讨基于危急值的情景模拟演练在外科青年护士急救能力培训中的效果。方法纳入2021年3月至2021年5月外科青年护士64人,采用随机数字法平均分成对照组(32人)与实验组(32人)。对照组采用传统带教法进行教学,实验组采用基于危急值的情景模拟演练进行教学,应用《护理高仿真模拟教学中学生行为表现自评量表》对两组理论知识、操作技能进行考核,对两组的成绩进行分析比较。结果实验组和对照组护生的理论考核及操作考核成绩在实训之后明显提高,实验组的理论考核及操作考核得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组护生经过三次模拟实训后,其沟通交流、分工合作、临床决策、专业知识技能和专业发展和评判性思维能力均较一次性模拟实训有所提高(P<0.05),其中分工合作、临床决策和评判性思维能力提升尤为显著(P<0.01)。结论基于危急值的情景模拟演练能有效提高外科青年护士处置危急值的能力,对提高急救质量、保证患者安全、降低护理风险具有重要意义。Objective To explore the effect of scenario simulation exercise based on critical value in the training of first aid ability of young surgical nurses.Methods A total of 64 young surgical nurses from Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine from March 2021 to May 2021 were included and evenly divided into the control group(32 persons)and the experimental group(32 persons)by random number method.The control group used the traditional teaching method for teaching,while the experimental group used the scene simulation drill based on the critical value for teaching.The theoretical knowledge and operation skills of the two groups of students were assessed by using the self-assessment scale of middle school students'behavior performance in nursing high simulation teaching,and the achievements of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The theoretical and operational scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved after practical training,and the experimental group had higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).After three simulated training,the nursing students in the experimental group improved their communication,division of labor,clinical decision-making,professional knowledge and skills,professional development and critical thinking ability compared with the one-time simulation training(P<0.05),especially inproved their division of labor ability,clinical decision-making ability and critical thinking ability(P<0.01).Conclusions Scenario simulation exercise based on critical value can effectively improve the ability of young surgical nurses to deal with critical value,which is of great significance to improve the quality of first aid,ensure patient′s safety and reduce nursing risk.
