摘 要:目的探讨互动式健康教育护理在烧伤患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月至2021年12月于济南市中心医院接受治疗的二度烧烫伤患者80例为研究对象,根据随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施互动式健康教育护理。对比两组患者知识掌握程度,并使用温哥华瘢痕量表(Vancouver Scar Scale,VSS)和疾病自我管理评分量表(Chronic Disease Self-Managerment Study Measure,CDSMS),分别测评两组患者瘢痕情况和自我管理能力。结果入院当日,两组各项临床指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院前1 d,观察组知识掌握程度及CDSMS评分均高于对照组,且VSS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论实施互动式健康教育护理能够有效改善烧伤患者瘢痕情况,提升其知识掌握度,从而改善自我管理能力。Objective To explore the application effect of interactive health education nursing in burn patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with second-degree burns and scalds who received treatment in Jinan Central Hospital from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received interactive health education nursing.The knowledge level of the two groups was compared,and the scar status and self-managemnet ability of the two groups were evaluated by using the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)and Chronic Disease Self-Managerment Study Measure(CDSMS).Results On the day of admission,there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of clinical indicators(P>0.05).One day before discharge,the knowledge mastery and CDSMS scale score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the VSS scale score was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of interactive health education and nursing can effectively improve the scar condition of burn patients,enhance their knowledge mastery,and thus improve their self-management ability,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
