公立疗养院健康档案数字化管理效果评价

摘　　要：目的 评价对公立疗养院家庭医生和居家养老健康档案实施数字化管理后的效果。方法 选取某公立疗养院家庭医生和居家养老健康档案数字化管理实施前后1年的健康档案886份,比较健康档案数字化管理实施前后借阅人的满意度、健康档案查找精准率,比较单份档案建立时间、单份档案查找时间、单份档案数据更新时间,比较每周接待档案借阅人次、每周打印档案份数、每周打印档案页数。结果 与健康档案数字化管理实施前比较,实施后健康档案借阅人的满意度提高(χ^(2)=11.17,P<0.01),健康档案查找精准率提高(χ^(2)=23.6,P<0.01)。健康档案数字化管理实施后单份档案建立时间、单份档案查找时间、单份档案数据更新时间均较实施前缩短(t值分别为992.21、429.72、581.19,P均<0.01),每周接待档案借阅人次、每周打印档案份数、每周打印档案页数均较实施前增多(t值分别为422.17、460.81、1 353.29,P均<0.01)。结论 实施健康档案数字化管理能够提高公立疗养院家庭医生和居家养老服务的工作效率,提升服务对象对疗养院的满意度。Objective To evaluate the effect of digital transformation of personal files of family doctor and home-based elderly care.Methods A total of 886 health records of family doctor and home-based care before and after the digital management of health records were selected,and the statistical data of waiting time,satisfaction and accuracy rate,health record maintenance time and maintenance workload of people who borrow healthy records before and after the implementation of digital management of health records were compared.Results After the implementation of digital health records management,the satisfaction of health records borrowers was significantly improved(χ^(2)=11.17,P<0.01),and the accuracy of health records search was significantly improved(χ^(2)=23.6,P<0.01);The average establishment time,search time and data update time of each health record were significantly shorter than those before(t=992.21,429.72,581.19,all P<0.01);The number of people borrowing health records,the number of printed copies and the number of printed pages per week were significantly increased compared with the previous ones(t=422.17,460.81,1353.29,all P<0.01).Conclusion The implementation of digital management of health records can improve the efficiency of the work of family doctors and home care services in public sanatoriums,and increase the satisfaction of service users with sanatoriums.
