摘  要:目的了解海南地区酒店管理者及公众对水疗康养的知晓情况、水疗康养行业现状及公众的康养需求等,以充分利用海南省独特的水疗资源优势,促进水疗康养与旅游业的深度融合,为探索水疗康养行业新业态提供依据。方法2021年10月—2022年3月,采用分层抽样法、方便抽样法,抽取海南省269名酒店管理者、935名休闲公众及117名疗养院公众作为研究对象,采用自制问卷进行问卷调查,并对所得数据进行统计分析。结果在水疗康养目标人群的定位上,66.90%的酒店管理者认为是职业人群,36.40%的酒店管理者认为是亚健康人群。935名休闲公众中,51.30%知晓或大致知晓水疗,50.69%希望通过水疗健身。无论是酒店管理者还是休闲公众,睡眠问题、腰背疼痛及皮肤疾患均是不少调查对象认为水疗可以改善的健康问题。调查对象最感兴趣的水疗服务或产品为推拿按摩,其次为中草药浴。此外,酒店管理者认为酒店对于康养技术指导的需求主要为健康管理、医疗康复、水处理和检测、康养健康效应检测等。酒店管理者最关心的是水疗的成本问题,其次是水处理技术。酒店管理者群体中认为水疗康养行业前景不好的人仅占6.0%,组间比较发现,就职酒店有休闲水体的酒店管理者对水疗康养行业前景的看法较就职酒店无休闲水体的酒店管理者更为乐观,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论海水、温泉等水疗康养在海南本土具有行业认同度高、资源丰富和硬件设施较好等优点,且公众对康体和水疗康养的需求也较大。加强水疗康养产业发展对促进医旅融合产业和康养(体)新业态的发展以及多学科专业理论、技术的研发具有重要的现实意义,需加以重视。Objective This paper aims to understand the knowledge,industry situation,and demand of hotel administrators and the public in the Hainan province regarding hydrotherapy for health and wellness to make full use of the unique advantages of hydrotherapy resources in Hainan Province,promote the deep integration of hydrotherapy for health and wellness with tourism,and provide the basis for exploring new business models of this industry.Methods From October 2021 to March 2022,269 hotel managers,935 public individuals under leisure activities and 117 sanatorium public in Hainan Province were selected by stratified sampling and convenient sampling.Results In terms of the positioning of the target group of spa health care,a percentage of 66.90%of hotel managers considered the occupational group and 36.40%of hotel managers considered the sub-health group.Of the 935 individuals under leisure activities,51.30%were aware or roughly aware of hydrotherapy and 50.69%wanted to be fit through hydrotherapy.Whether hotel administrators or individuals under leisure activities,sleep problems,low back pain and skin problems are health problems that many respondents believe can be treated via hydrotherapy.The most interesting hydrotherapy service or product for respondents was massage,followed by herbal bath.Additionally,hotel managers hold that the hotel's demand for technical services of health and wellness is mainly health management,medical rehabilitation,water treatment and testing,effect of health and wellness testing,etc.Hotel managers are most concerned about the cost of hydrotherapy,followed by water treatment technology.Only 6.0%of the hotel managers thought that the prospect of the hydrotherapy for health and wellness industry was not good.It was found through group comparison that the hotel managers with body of water for leisure in the inaugural hotel showed significantly more optimistic views on the prospect of the hydrotherapy for health and wellness industry than the hotel managers without it in the inaugural hotel(P<0.0
