摘　　要：目的了解高龄糖尿病患者对居家照护的认知及期望,为完善居家照护体系提供参考。方法采用半结构式访谈法对16名高龄糖尿病患者进行一对一访谈,并以Colaizzi法提炼主题。结果高龄糖尿病患者对居家照护模式存在低认知度、高使用意愿的问题。对居家照护期望主要有:内容期望(日常生活照料、生活陪伴、健康行为和生活方式监督或指导、居家医疗保健政策完善),方式期望(上门居家医疗照护服务方式、互联网+居家照护服务模式),价值期望(服务质量、政策普惠性)。结论对高龄糖尿病患者居家照护的内容应具有针对性和个体化,同时要加强政策宣传和提高服务质量。可采用上门服务为主、线上服务为辅的方式开展居家照护服务,以改善高龄糖尿病患者的生活质量。Objective The aim of this study was to understand the cognition and expectations of elderly diabetic patients towards home care to provide evidence for improving the home care system.Methods Sixteen elderly patients with diabetes were interviewed one-on-one by semi-structured interview.Themes were extracted using the Colaizzi method.Results The elderly with diabetes had low awareness and high willingness to choose the home care model.Expectations for home care mainly include content expectations(daily life care,life companionship,health behavior and lifestyle supervision or guidance,policy improvement in home health care),mode expectations(door-to-door home care service,Internet plus home care service model),and value expectations(service quality,policy generality).Conclusion The content of home care for elderly patients with diabetes should be targeted and individualized.Moreover,policy publicity should be strengthened and service quality should be improved.Home care services can be carried out mainly by door-to-door services and supplemented by online services to raise the quality of life of elderly diabetic patients.
