摘　　要：非O1、非O139群霍乱弧菌(NOVC)可导致免疫功能低下个体肠道和肠道外感染。NOVC菌血症在NOVC感染中死亡率最高,近年来报道数量有所增加。然而,部分临床医生对NOVC菌血症知之甚少。本文报道了1例脑肿瘤患者,其血培养中分离到1株NOVC,这种现象在NOVC感染病例中非常罕见,且患者的感染途径不明。现将病例相关资料整理报道。Non-O1,non-O139 Vibrio cholerae(NOVC)cause intestinal and extraintestinal infections in immunocompromised individuals.NOVC bacteremia has the highest mortality rate among NOVC infections,and the number of related reports has increased in recent years.However,little is known about bacteremia in NOVC by some clinicians.In this paper,we report a patient with a brain tumor in whom a NOVC strain was isolated from blood culture,a phenomenon that is very rare in cases of NOVC infection,and the route of infection in patients is unknown.The case-related data were collated and reported.
