摘 要:法国耶稣会传教士殷弘绪于康熙年间来华传教并在华生活40余年,期间撰写大量信件寄往法国,其中有关制瓷的书信尤为著名。殷弘绪深入考察景德镇制瓷生态,通过争取本地官员的支持、循序渐进的本土化、创新退省方法等策略开展传教事务,为其获取制瓷经验发挥了桥梁纽带的关键作用,并将烧造、筑窑置瓷、审美、辨赝等中国制瓷经验传入欧洲。The French Jesuit missionary Fran9ois-Xavier d'Entrecolles came to China during the Kangxi Dynasty and lived in China for more than 40 years,during which he wrote a large number of letters and sent them to France,especially the letters on porcelain-making.Fran9ois-Xavier d'Entrecolles deeply investigated the ecology of porcelain making in Jingdezhen,and carried out missionary affairs through strategies such as enlisting the support of local officials,gradual localization,and innovating methods of retreat,which played a key role as a bridge for him to acquire porcelain-making experience,and introduced Chinese porcelain-making experience such as firing,kiln building,aesthetics,and distinguishing fakes to Europe.
