摘　　要：黄芩为唇形科植物黄芩(Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi)的干燥根。黄芩中含有黄酮、黄酮苷类、多糖类、挥发油类和微量元素等多种化学成分,其中最主要的是黄酮及黄酮苷类化合物。黄芩味苦、性寒,具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血、安胎等药理作用。现代药理学研究表明,黄芩具有抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗病毒、抗衰老、降血糖、肝脏保护、神经保护、心脏保护和增强免疫作用。本文对黄芩的主要活性成分和药理作用研究进展进行综述,以期为黄芩的进一步研究和开发提供参考依据。Scutellariae Radix is the dry root of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.Scutellariae Radix contains various chemical components such as flavonoids,flavonoid glycosides,polysaccharides,volatile oils,and trace elements;among which,the most important are flavonoids and flavonoid glycosides.Scutellariae Radix has a bitter taste and a cold nature,and it has pharmacological effects such as clearing heat and drying dampness,purging fire and detoxifying,stopping bleeding,and preventing miscarriage.Modern pharmacology indicates that Scutellariae Radix also has anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,anti-tumor,anti-oxidant,anti-viral,anti-aging,antihyperglycemic effect,liver protection,neuroprotection,cardioprotection,and immune enhancing effects.This article reviews the research progress on the main active ingredients and pharmacological effects of Scutellariae Radix,in order to provide reference for further research and development of Scutellariae Radix.
