血清三酰甘油葡萄糖指数与常见心血管疾病的关系研究进展

摘　　要：近年来,心血管疾病的整体发病率和病死率正在迅速上升,已成为重要的公共卫生问题。研究表明,胰岛素抵抗在心血管疾病发生和发展过程中发挥重要的作用。血清三酰甘油葡萄糖指数可作为评估胰岛素抵抗的简易指标,且因其检测成本低、操作简单等特点,受到临床工作者和研究者的广泛关注。有研究发现,血清三酰甘油葡萄糖指数与心血管疾病的发生及其预后相关。基于此,本文就血清三酰甘油葡萄糖指数与常见心血管疾病关系的研究进展进行综述。In recent years,the overall morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular diseases are rising rapidly and have become an important public health issue.Studies have shown that insulin resistance plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular disease.The serum triacylglycerol glucose index can be used as a simple indicator for evaluating insulin resistance,and which has attracted widespread attention from clinical workers and researchers due to its low detection cost and simple operation.Some studies have found that serum triacylglycerol glucose index is related to the occurrence and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases.Based on this,this article reviews the research progress of the relationship between serum triacylglycerol glucose index and common cardiovascular diseases.
