电子喉镜在耳鼻喉疾病诊治中的作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究在耳鼻喉疾病诊治中应用电子喉镜的效果。方法90例耳鼻喉疾病患者,采用计算机数字表法分为参考组和研究组,每组45例。参考组接受纤维喉镜诊治,研究组接受电子喉镜诊治。比较两组患者的诊断准确率、睡眠质量评分,并分析电子喉镜治愈率。结果研究组患者的诊断准确率95.56%明显高于参考组的82.22%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的睡眠质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的睡眠质量评分(8.71±1.59)分明显低于参考组的(11.68±2.07)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。45例患者接受电子喉镜治疗的临床治愈率为97.78%(44/45)。结论电子喉镜能为患者的治疗提供科学、直观的图像,有效提高耳鼻喉疾病患者诊断准确率,提升患者的睡眠质量及预后,适合在临床中加以推广应用。Objective To study the effect of electronic laryngoscope in the diagnosis and treatment of ear-nose-throat diseases.Methods A total of 90 patients with ear-nose-throat diseases were divided into reference group and study group by computer numerical table,with 45 cases in each group.The reference group received fiberoptic laryngoscopy,and the study group received electronic laryngoscopy.The diagnostic accuracy and sleep quality score of the two groups were compared,and the cure rate of electronic laryngoscopy was analyzed.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of 95.56%in the study group was significantly higher than that of 82.22%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in sleep quality score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the sleep quality score of(8.71±1.59)points in the study group was significantly lower than that of(11.68±2.07)points in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical cure rate of 45 patients who received electronic laryngoscope was 97.78%(44/45).Conclusion Electronic laryngoscope can provide scientific and intuitive images for the treatment of patients,effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy rate of patients with ear-nose-throat diseases,improve the sleep quality and prognosis of patients,which is suitable for promotion and application in clinical practice.
