硝苯地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨硝苯地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压的临床效果。方法108例糖尿病合并高血压患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组54例。对照组采用硝苯地平缓释片治疗,观察组采用硝苯地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后糖脂代谢指标[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)]、血压[收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)]水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者TC、TG、LDL-C、FBG、HbA1c、HOMA-IR分别为(3.29±1.13)mmol/L、(2.09±0.99)mmol/L、(3.13±1.16)mmol/L、(6.19±1.31)mmol/L、(6.23±1.46)%、(2.19±1.13),均低于对照组的(5.21±1.36)mmol/L、(3.59±1.32)mmol/L、(4.51±1.16)mmol/L、(7.59±1.85)mmol/L、(7.41±1.56)%、(2.89±1.01),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者SBP、DBP分别为(141.19±6.98)、(85.09±5.23)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),均低于对照组的(149.61±7.14)、(94.35±5.01)mm Hg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压效果显著,可以明显改善患者糖脂代谢指标和血压水平,促进病情康复,值得推广应用。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with irbesartan in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.Methods A total of 108 patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets,and the observation group was treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets and irbesartan.Both groups were compared in terms of glucose and lipid metabolism indexes[triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)],blood pressure[systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)]before and after treatment.Results After treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C,FBG,HbA1c and HOMA-IR in the observation group were(3.29±1.13)mmol/L,(2.09±0.99)mmol/L,(3.13±1.16)mmol/L,(6.19±1.31)mmol/L,(6.23±1.46)and(2.19±1.13),which were lower than those of(5.21±1.36)mmol/L,(3.59±1.32)mmol/L,(4.51±1.16)mmol/L,(7.59±1.85)mmol/L,(7.41±1.56)%and(2.89±1.01)in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,SBP and DBP in the observation group were(141.19±6.98)and(85.09±5.23)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),which were lower than those of(149.61±7.14)and(94.35±5.01)mm Hg in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of nifedipine sustained-release tablets and irbesartan has a significant effect on the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.It can significantly improve the glucose and lipid metabolism index and blood pressure level of patients,and promote the rehabilitation of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
