胺碘酮联合倍他乐克治疗肥厚性心肌病伴恶性心律失常的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨胺碘酮联合酒石酸美托洛尔注射液(商品名:倍他乐克)治疗肥厚性心肌病伴恶性心律失常患者的临床疗效。方法42例肥厚性心肌病伴恶性心律失常患者,以随机数字表法分为单药组和联合组,各21例。单药组仅采用倍他乐克治疗,联合组采用胺碘酮联合倍他乐克治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效和心律失常发作情况。结果联合组治疗总有效率95.24%高于单药组的71.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组室性期前收缩发作次数(2257.11±498.13)次/24 h和短阵室性心动过速发作次数(1.29±0.56)阵/24 h均少于单药组的(2879.84±447.37)次/24 h、(4.49±1.69)阵/24 h,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对肥厚性心肌病伴恶性心律失常患者,应用胺碘酮、倍他乐克联合治疗可明显提高临床效果,减轻临床症状,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of amiodarone combined with metoprolol tartaric injection(trade name:Betaloc)in the treatment of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with malignant arrhythmia.Methods A total of 42 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and malignant arrhythmia were divided into monotherapy group and combination group according to the random numerical table,with 21 cases in each group.The monotherapy group was treated with Betaloc only,and the combination group was treated with amiodarone combined with Betaloc.The clinical efficacy and arrhythmia occurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combination group was 95.24%,which was higher than that of 71.43%of the monotherapy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of premature ventricular systole of(2257.11±498.13)times/24 h and the number of short ventricular tachycardia of(1.29±0.56)times/24 h in the combination group were lower than those of(2879.84±447.37)times/24 h and(4.49±1.69)times/24 h in the monotherapy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and malignant arrhythmia,the application of amiodarone and Betaloc combined therapy can significantly improve the clinical effect and relieve clinical symptoms,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
