表皮生长因子在皮肤科临床治疗中的价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究在皮肤科临床治疗中运用表皮生长因子的价值。方法68例皮肤大面积擦伤患者,采用随机分配法分为对照组(35例)和观察组(33例)。对照组患者采用常规外科治疗,观察组患者采用常规外科联合表皮生长因子治疗。对比两组治疗效果、治疗安全率、皮肤愈合时长、对治疗的满意度。结果观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%,明显高于对照组的88.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗安全率100.00%(33/33)高于对照组的88.57%(31/35),皮肤愈合时长(3.35±1.78)d短于对照组的(6.98±2.01)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对治疗的总满意率为96.97%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在皮肤科临床治疗中运用表皮生长因子效果显著,且治疗安全性高,能够让患者尽早康复,提高患者对治疗的满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the value of epidermal growth factor in clinical treatment of dermatology.Methods A total of 68 patients with large-area skin abrasions were randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(33 cases).The control group was treated with conventional surgical treatment,and the observation group was treated with conventional surgical treatment and epidermal growth factor.The therapeutic effect,treatment safety rate,skin healing time and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that of 88.57%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment safety of 100.00%(33/33)in the observation group was higher than that of 88.57%(31/35)in the control group,and the skin healing time of(3.35±1.78)d was shorter than that of(6.98±2.01)d in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.97%,which was higher than that of 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of epidermal growth factor has significant effect and high safety in clinical treatment of dermatology,and enables patients to recover as soon as possible and improve patients'satisfaction with treatment,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
