小半夏汤穴位贴敷防治肿瘤患者化疗相关性恶心呕吐的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究小半夏汤穴位贴敷防治肿瘤患者化疗相关性恶心呕吐(CINV)的临床疗效。方法50例肿瘤CINV患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组仅使用西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上接受小半夏汤穴位贴敷。比较两组患者临床疗效,不良反应发生率,治疗前后的生活质量调查表(QLQ-C30)评分及恶心、呕吐生活功能指数量表(FLIE)评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.00%高于对照组的64.00%,不良反应发生率8.00%低于对照组的40.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者QLQ-C30评分(40.12±7.23)分低于对照组的(54.64±9.78)分、恶心评分(50.21±9.71)分、呕吐评分(40.67±10.52)分均高于对照组的(32.91±9.84)、(32.91±9.84)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小半夏汤穴位贴敷能改善肿瘤患者CINV症状,减少不良反应发生,提高患者生活质量,疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint application of Xiaobanxia decoction on prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV)in tumor patients.Methods A total of 50 patients with CINV were divided into control group and observation group according to the random numerical table,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine only,and the observation group received acupoint application of Xiaobanxia decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,Quality of Life Questionnaire(Q LQ-C30)score,Functional Living Index-Emesis(FLIE)score before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of 96.00%in the observation group was higher than that of 64.00%in the control group;the incidence of adverse reactions of 8.00%in the observation group was lower than that of 40.00%in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the QLQ-C30 score of(40.12±7.23)points in the observation group was lower than that of(54.64±9.78)points in the control group;the nausea score of(50.21±9.71)points and vomiting score of(40.67±10.52)points in the observation group were higher than those of(32.91±9.84)and(32.91±9.84)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of Xiaobanxia decoction has significant efficacy on tumor patients with,and can improve CINV symptoms,reduce adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life of patients.
