谷红注射液致过敏性休克1例

摘　　要：谷红注射液是复方制剂,含有乙酰谷酰胺和红花提取物,具有抗血小板聚集、抗血栓形成、改善微循环、抗氧自由基、减轻缺血再灌注损伤以及维持神经细胞应激能力等多种作用,还能对抗兴奋性氨基酸的兴奋毒性,改善神经细胞代谢,其适应证为脑血管疾病如脑供血不足、脑血栓、脑栓塞及脑出血恢复期;肝病、神经外科手术等引起的意识功能低下、智力减退、记忆力障碍等;还可用于治疗冠心病、脉管炎等。随着谷红注射液临床的广泛应用,其药品不良反应(ADR)报道逐渐增多,也有过敏性休克相关报道。本文对1例谷红注射液过敏性休克病例进行原因分析,旨在为临床合理用药提供参考,为生产企业对该药品的安全性研究提供数据参考。Guhong injection is a compound preparation,which contains the extract of acetylglutamine and safflower.It has many functions,such as anti-platelet aggregation,anti-thrombosis,improving microcirculation,anti-oxygen free radicals,reducing ischemia-reperfusion injury,and maintaining the ability of nerve emergency response.It can also resist the excitotoxicity of excitatory amino acids,improve the metabolism of nerve cells,and maintain the ability of nerve stress.Its indications are cerebrovascular diseases such as cerebral insufficiency,cerebral thrombosis,cerebral embolism and cerebral hemorrhage in the recovery period;low consciousness,mental retardation,memory impairment,etc.caused by liver disease and neurosurgery.It can also be used to treat coronary heart disease,vasculitis,etc.With the wide clinical application of Guhong injection,the reports of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)are gradually increasing,and there are also reports of anaphylactic shock.This paper analyzes the cause of a case of anaphylactic shock caused by Guhong injection,in order to provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs and provide data reference for the safety study of the drug by manufacturers.
