摘 要:本文综述了医院消毒供应中心先进管理模式的应用,主要介绍了PDCA模式、6Sigma模式、8S管理模式、OEC模式、FMEA模式及细节管理模式等的特点及其在消毒供应中心的应用情况。发现各种管理模式各有特点,其本质都是在降低成本的同时提高消毒供应中心的管理质量,即提高管理效能。没有适用于所有医院的统一模式,不同医院消毒供应中心应结合自身资源、历史文化和管理实际,应用最适合自己管理模式,将抽象的管理模式与具体的工作流程相结合,提高科室工作质量和效率、优化科室管理体系并提高医务人员满意度。This article reviews the application of advanced management models in hospital disinfection supply centers,mainly introducing the characteristics of the PDCA model,6 Sigma model,8‘S’model,OEC model,FMEA model,and detail management model as well as their application in disinfection supply centers.It has been found that various management models have their unique characteristics,but the essence is to reduce costs while improving the management quality of the disinfection supply center,that is,to improve management efficiency.There is no unified model applicable to all hospitals.Disinfection supply centers in different hospitals should apply the most suitable management model based on their resources,experience,and management practice,combining abstract management models with specific work processes,to improve the quality and efficiency of department work,optimize the department management system and improve medical staff satisfaction.
