清咽宣肺袋泡茶的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的 建立清咽宣肺袋泡茶的质量控制标准。方法 采用显微鉴别法分别对袋泡茶中的薄荷、荆芥进行显微鉴别;采用薄层色谱法分别对袋泡茶中的法半夏、桔梗进行定性鉴别;采用气相色谱法对袋泡茶中的薄荷脑与胡薄荷酮进行含量测定。色谱条件:安捷伦气相色谱HP-INNOWAX毛细管柱(柱长为30 m,内径为0.25 mm,膜厚度为0.25μm)。结果 薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰,阴性无干扰;荆芥、薄荷的显微鉴别特征清晰可见;薄荷脑进样量在5.0290~100.5800 ng,胡薄荷酮进样量在5.0105~100.2100 ng范围内具有良好的线性关系。薄荷脑平均加样回收率为97.47%,RSD为1.87%;胡薄荷酮平均加样回收率为98.25%,RSD为1.83%。结论 该方法简单、可靠、专属性强,适用于清咽宣肺袋泡茶的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality control standard of Qingyan Xuanfei Teabag.Methods Microscopy was adopted for identification of Mentha haplocalyx Briq.and Herba Schizonepetae in teabag.Thin layer chromatography(TLC)was conducted for qualitative identification of Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata and Radix Platycodi in teabag;gas chromatography was conducted for determination of menthol and pulegone in teabag.Chromatographic conditions included Agilent HP-INNOWAX Capillary Column for gas chromatography(column length:30 m;ID:0.25 mm;membrane thickness:0.25μm).Results TLC identification results showed clear spots,negative control without interference;the microscopic identification results showed clear characteristics of Mentha haplocalyx Briq.and Herba Schizonepetae.The loading volume of menthol was within 5.0290 to100.5800 ng,and that of menthone was within 5.0105 to 100.2100 ng with good linearity.The average loading recovery of menthol was 97.47%,with RSD of 1.87%;the average loading recovery of menthone was 98.25%,with RSD of 1.83%.Conclusion This method is simple,reliable and specific,and suitable for the quality control of Qingyan Xuanfei Teabag.
