自拟贞安膏治疗稳定型劳力性心绞痛的效果评价

摘　　要：目的观察自拟贞安膏治疗稳定型劳力性心绞痛临床效果。方法选取韶关市中医院2021年1月至2022年12月诊治的60例稳定型劳力性心绞痛患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组给予冠心病的常规口服药物治疗,观察组在对照组方案基础上,加服自拟贞安膏治疗,两组疗程均为28 d。比较两组治疗前后的心绞痛症状积分、心电图ST段下移幅度和心电图T波倒置幅度。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组心绞痛积分、心电图ST段下移幅度和心电图T波倒置幅度均较治疗前下降,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟贞安膏对稳定型劳力性心绞痛有显著疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-made Zhen’an Ointment in the treatment of stable exertional angina pectoris.Methods A total of 60 patients with stable exertional angina pectoris diagnosed and treated in Shaoguan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional oral medication for coronary heart disease.On the basis of the control group plan,the observation group was treated with self-made Zhen’an Ointment,and both groups had a treatment period of 28 days.The score of angina symptoms,the amplitude of ST segment depression in the electrocardiogram,and the amplitude of T wave inversion in the electrocardiogram between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of angina symptoms,the amplitude of ST segment depression in the electrocardiogram,and the amplitude of T wave inversion in the electrocardiogram in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and all of them in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Zhen’an Ointment has significant therapeutic effects on stable exertional angina pectoris.
