益母草颗粒辅助治疗对多囊卵巢综合征患者血清FSH、LH、E_(2)、T水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究益母草颗粒辅助治疗对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、促黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)水平的影响。方法选取广州市妇女儿童医疗中心(增城院区)2020年5月至2022年5月纳入的90例PCOS患者,按照抽签法分为观察组与对照组,每组各45例。对照组采用来曲唑片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用益母草颗粒治疗。评估两组临床疗效、性激素水平、不良反应。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于治疗前,治疗后两组血清LH、T水平均降低,且观察组血清LH、T水平低于对照组,而治疗后两组血清FSH、E_(2)水平均上升,且观察组血清FSH、E_(2)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益母草颗粒辅助治疗PCOS患者疗效显著,可有效改善性激素水平,安全性相对较高,不良反应发生率低。Objective To explore the effect of Yimucao Keli(motherwort)as adjuvant therapy on serum levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2)),and testosterone(T)in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 90 PCOS patients enrolled in the Guangzhou Women and Children Medical Center(Zengcheng Campus)from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group using a lottery method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with letrozole tablets,while the observation group was treated with Yimucao Keli based on the treatment in the control group.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone levels,and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,serum LH and T levels of the two groups were decreased after treatment,and serum LH and T levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while serum FSH and E2 levels of the two groups were increased after treatment,and serum FSH and E_(2) levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yimucao Keli has a significant therapeutic effect on PCOS patients,which effectively improves sexual hormone levels with relatively high safety and low incidence of adverse reactions.
