化瘀解毒法治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者采用化瘀解毒法的临床效果。方法选取枣庄市中医医院2021年4-11月收治的80例活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为参照组(n=40)和研究组(n=40),参照组施以美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,研究组施以美沙拉嗪肠溶片+化瘀解毒法治疗;比较两组中医证候疗效、肠镜下病变改善效果、综合疗效、临床活动指数、中医证候积分。结果研究组中医证候治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组肠镜下病变改善总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组综合治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组临床活动指数、中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组临床活动指数、中医证候积分低于治疗前,且研究组临床活动指数、中医证候积分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美沙拉嗪肠溶片+化瘀解毒法较美沙拉嗪肠溶片可以获得更佳治疗效果,可改善患者症状并提高疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huayu Jiedu Therapy in patients with active ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with active ulcerative colitis admitted to and treated in Zaozhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April to November 2021 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into a reference group(n=40)and a study group(n=40)based on the random number table method.The reference group received mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,while the study group received mesalazine enteric-coated tablets combined with Huayu Jiedu Therapy.The efficacy of TCM syndrome,the improvement of pathological changes under colonoscopy,the comprehensive efficacy,the clinical activity index and the TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of TCM syndrome treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of improvement of pathological changes under colonoscopy in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of comprehensive treatment in study group was higher than that in reference group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in clinical activity index and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the clinical activity index and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the clinical activity index and TCM syndrome score of the research group were lower than the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Huayu Jiedu Therapy has better therapeutic effect than mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,and has effect in improving patients’symptoms and improving efficacy.
